We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the position of a CFO in our esteemed organization. This exciting role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Accounting + Finance, particularly within Food Manufacturing and Food Distribution sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and risk management.
• Lead the development and execution of effective financial strategies that support our business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision‑making issues affecting the company.
• Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long‑range planning and introduction of new strategies.
• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, consolidation and reporting to the company.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (such as CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably within Food Manufacturing and Food Distribution sectors, as well as experience working for a private equity backed company.
• Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and financial strategy development.
• Exceptional knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex financial information in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws and guidelines.
