A Key Holder collaborates with store management in supervision of store operations and leading a store environment that is engaging and inspiring to the customer and store team. This includes driving sales, awareness of key metrics, and development of others. This role is a key holding position.

What You'll Be Doing- Influence: act as a brand representative reflective of the company values; partner with store leadership on creating an engaging experience.
- Customer Connection: empower the team to drive sales through personalized service, elevated styling, and outfitting recommendations; create inspiring selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize in Store Technology: deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications.
- Empowerment: act as an elevated team member, exercising decision‑making and multitasking while prioritizing service over tasks.
- Lead by example: actively manage the store environment and customer experience by facilitating an energized pace, positivity, managing the daily zone, and driving sales.
- Share knowledge: teach and share product knowledge, brand messaging, and excellent customer interactions using resources such as Threads, MPOS, freeways and voice of customer tools.
- Store Operations: support store management by participating in daily opening and closing procedures and other operations.
- Support Product Flow: collaborate with key partners to execute shipment processing, restocking, and product placement while maintaining FP’s visual and display standards; ensure omni‑channel orders are processed timely and accurately.
- Awareness: adhere to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold all company policies to support profitability.
- Communication: stay current, respond to communication, contribute to sharing information, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
- Positivity: develop new skills while being open and responsive to feedback; enhance customer experience with strong positive communication.
- Mentorship: guide and develop the Stylist team; take responsibility for own development and consider role replacement for career progression.
