MA Restoration is a restoration and construction company serving homeowners and businesses in the Westborough area. We specialize in restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage, and we're seeking a Water & Fire Restoration Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

The Water & Fire Restoration Technician is part of our emergency response team and performs hands‑on restoration work. This role includes operating specialized equipment, assisting in property restoration, and working on‑call one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage
• Assess damage and determine mitigation steps
• Extract water and operate drying equipment
• Perform safe mold remediation
• Complete selective demolition (drywall, framing, plumbing)
• Clean, sanitize, and deodorize affected areas
• Move and protect customer belongings
• Document progress with photos, readings, and notes
• Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment
• Communicate with customers on work progress and safety

Qualifications

• IICRC certification preferred (training available)
• Previous restoration, construction, or mitigation experience helpful but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work on‑call one week per month
