Burlington - 290 Turnpike Road - Responsibilities:
Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence and energetic greeting;
Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication;
Engage with customers and associates in high-risk areas to promote shortage reduction and quality service;
Gather and document indicators of external theft and coordinate with store/field leadership and law enforcement as needed;
Lead onboarding and ongoing training of associates in shortage reduction programs and assist in inventory-related actions
