Job Description

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join their team. The starting hourly rate is $18.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members. You will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and commit to a short-term structured training schedule.

The role of a Guest Advocate includes communicating and interacting with guests, blending problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the guest experience, and adapting to different guest interactions and situations.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their specific needs
• Scanning and bagging all guest items efficiently and accurately
• Working efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
• Thanking guests and letting them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
