Overview

Part-Time LPN – Assisted Living & Memory Care

The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of compassionate, high-quality care in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings. They are committed to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment while ensuring safety, comfort, security, and choice for every resident.

The Position:
They are seeking Part-Time LPNs to join their Assisted Living and Memory Care teams. These roles focus on medication administration, resident care, and staff support. Both new graduates and experienced LPNs are welcome to apply.

Highlights:

  • $33 – $37.20/hr
  • PTO:
    Up to 80 hours in first 2 years, 120 hours between years 2–5
  • 401(k) with employer match, Roth plans available
  • Every other weekend rotation

Openings & Schedule Options:

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, or 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:59 (with limited medication administration for ~10 residents)
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, part-time 24 hours/week
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:29

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited LVN/LPN program
  • Current Massachusetts LPN License
  • Effective verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations
  • Knowledge of adult and geriatric care preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and provide Limited Medication Assistance (LMA)
  • Provide direct resident care and support rehabilitation plans
  • Document resident conditions, symptoms, treatments, and care provided
  • Execute physician orders
  • Manage assignments and supervise PCAs
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Participate in care planning, team conferences, and shift reports
  • Specialized duties include respiratory care (oxygen, nebulizer, suction), pain management, and neuro checks

Reports to: Resident Care Director
-2-day in-person orientation + up to 6 weeks of training with a nurse mentor
