Electro-Mechanical / Panel Assemblers

The Panther Group has an immediate need for multiple EM Assemblers and Panel Assemblers for a leading manufacturing facility in the Westborough, MA area.

• Work from written instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly operations using a bill of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate assemblies using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Assemble electrical panels and electrical boxes.
• Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
• Work with groups ranging from 2-8 people.

• Entry-level positions require one year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Senior positions require 5+ years of experience in a similar role and:
  • Experience wiring electrical panels and/or electrical sub-assemblies.
  • Experience with hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, tape measures, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical wiring work.
  • Experience with complex panels, multiple components and large wire run lists.
• All levels require:
  • High School diploma or GED with experience, preferably technical school.
  • Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hand/Eye coordination with some mechanical dexterity.
  • Exposure to hand tools and power tools.
  • Exposure to work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
  • Experience with large scale capital equipment is a plus.

• Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level I $18.00-$21.00 (Depending on Experience)
• Electro-Mechanical Assembler Level II $21.00-$26.00 (Depending on Experience)
• Electrical Panel Assembler I $19.00-$23.00 (Depending on Experience)
• Electrical Panel Assembler II $24.00-$26.00 (Depending on Experience)
