Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership
  • Ensure all stand locations operate in alignment with company standards, procedures, and brand expectations
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence in the field by regularly working in stands
  • Coach and support Stand Managers on performance, execution, and leadership development
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, safety standards, and applicable regulations
  • Champion 7 Brew’s culture of speed, quality, service, and kindness
Team Development
  • Train, support, and empower Stand Managers to build high-performing teams
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to promote leadership growth
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and feedback-driven work environment
  • Identify and mentor future leaders within the organization
Operational Efficiency
  • Monitor labor costs while maintaining optimal staffing for guest experience and efficiency
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance
  • Communicate and execute company initiatives and process improvements
Communication & Accountability
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stand locations and with regional leadership
  • Uphold company policies and values through hands‑on leadership
  • Address operational or cultural challenges with professionalism and a solutions‑focused mindset
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of multi‑unit experience, preferably in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) or Retail industry
  • Passion for 7 Brew’s mission of cultivating kindness, one cup at a time
  • Proven experience in multi‑unit leadership, preferably in high‑volume drive‑thru, retail, or hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (up to 80%)
  • Ability to independently travel between stand locations
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach, inspire, and hold teams accountable
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to analyze and explain performance metrics (labor, sales, P&L)
  • Adaptable, solutions‑oriented, and growth‑minded
Technical & Certification Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and company reporting tools
  • Experience with Adobe and SharePoint preferred
  • Valid Serv Safe Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
  • High‑energy drive‑thru coffee stand environment
  • Frequent exposure to noise, music, and changing outdoor conditions
  • Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • On‑call availability may be required during openings or peak periods
