As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager who brings strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a passion for developing leaders across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities Regional Operations Leadership- Lead and execute company programs and strategic initiatives across an assigned region
- Develop action plans and directly motivate District and Stand Managers to achieve operational and organizational goals
- Ensure districts operate within inventory levels, labor budgets, and gross profit targets
- Monitor compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards at all locations
- Uphold company policies, EEO standards, and promote a harassment-free work environment
- Hire, train, coach, and develop District Managers and Stand Managers
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to direct reports
- Build strong leadership pipelines by identifying and developing future leaders
- Inspire teams through hands-on leadership, accountability, and consistent communication
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the region
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to increase sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Identify operational challenges and implement timely, effective solutions
- Evaluate and pilot new concepts and operational improvements within the region
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of multi-unit experience, preferably in Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) or Retail industry
- Passion for 7 Brew’s mission of cultivating kindness, one cup at a time
- Proven experience managing and developing districts while driving regional performance and alignment
- Experience managing retail budgets, profit & loss statements, operational metrics, and large teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently and frequently
- Ability to travel to off-site meetings and between locations (up to 80%)
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and align teams toward common goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and company reporting tools
- Experience with Adobe and SharePoint preferred
- Valid Serv Safe Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
- High-energy, fast-paced drive-thru coffee stand environment
- Frequent exposure to noise, music, and varying outdoor weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- On-call availability during stand openings, peak periods, or emergencies
