- High school diploma or trade school graduate.
- Must have at least 2-5 years maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, particularly in a day-to-day maintenance operation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors onsite.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. )
Pay start at $30/hr with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
