Who are we? Release Well-Being Center is a state-of-the-art spa and holistic wellness center located in Westborough, MA. Our comprehensive wellness offerings include yoga, fitness, meditation, spa treatments, wellness education and coaching, and nourishing food. We are seeking qualified applicants to become part of our team of mindful experts. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus access to all yoga, fitness, and meditation classes.

Requirements:

Flexibility with work hours on weekdays (including evenings) and weekends.

Ability to utilize live-streaming software.

A passion for wellness and helping others.

A positive and motivating attitude.

Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Capability to effectively and mindfully train up to 40 clients per hour in group settings, customizing classes to meet individual needs. Class types include vinyasa, gentle, beginner, meditation, and restorative. Additional mindful class ideas are welcome!

Providing quality instruction and attention to both in-person and virtual students.

Maintaining confidentiality of member, participant, and staff information at all times.

Representing Release in a professional and positive manner to members and the community.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Relevant experience preferred.
