What We’re Looking For- Full‑time availability (30 hrs/week – 25+ client visits with 5 hrs administrative time, including supervisory meetings)
- Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and children (support provided)
- Clinicians who value autonomy while enjoying teamwork
- Strong character—integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care
- Residency within 45 minutes of the office and readiness to work 50% in office, 50% remote after probation
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Must live and seek licensure in Massachusetts
- Graduate of an approved 60‑credit‑hour program
- Post‑graduate work experience treating depression and anxiety
- Experience conducting independent intakes and diagnosing (preferred) per DSM‑5 under a licensed supervisor
Up to $73,600 annually, based on licensure level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
