• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions
• Collaborate closely with Physiatrists, Neurologists, OT/PT/SLP professionals, and other members of a multidisciplinary care team
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, communication, and continuous learning
• Support patients through recovery in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTCH), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), Transitional Care Unit (TCU), and select outpatient environments

• Current Massachusetts license to practice Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in an inpatient or multidisciplinary care setting is a plus—but if you’re newer and eager to learn, we want to hear from you too
