You will be responsible for NPI and scalability to transition a wide range of products from design to production. You will work cross‑functionally to develop suppliers, manage product lifecycle changes, lead product quality improvement projects, and drive technical root cause in supplier quality activities. Experience in manufacturing and supplier quality engineering and is capable of making wide‑ranging business decisions on behalf of the organization.

• Manage and guide electromechanical suppliers for ramp‑up and scalability.
• Provide supplier quality engineering support for scalability.
• Guide best practices on manufacturing tolerances using GD&T.
• Launch tooling with accelerated schedules and assess project risk for electromechanical supplier base.
• Review external production processes, identify risk and mitigate.
• Qualify production processes based on dimensional data, control plans, PFMEAs.
• Drive internal and external FMEA reviews.
• Solve technical problems across a broad set of manufacturing commodities.
• Manage electromechanical supplier quality problems when necessary; drive containment and root cause activities.
• Propose design changes that will enhance product manufacturability and testability.
• Evaluate and approve product electrical engineering change orders (ECOs).
• Evaluate production, supplier, and field failures for root cause analysis and resolution.

• 2+ years applicable industry experience within process/manufacturing at desired scale and a technical degree.
• Experience with Solid Works‑CAD.
• Experience using a PLM tool (Agile) and Visio or similar diagramming and process applications.
• Knowledge of core concepts/industry use of PCBAs and/or electromechanical components (cameras, lenses, scanners, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience managing product lifecycle and partnering with third‑party manufacturers for best practices, quality control (root cause analysis), scalability, and tolerances (GD&T).
• Experience with bill of materials (BOM), engineering change orders (ECO).

• PCB design & standards (Gerber).
• Hands‑on engineering experience.
• Quality tooling (fault analysis, root cause analysis).
