Community Facilitator

The Community Facilitator is a full-time, on-site role based in Westborough, MA. This role involves working closely with individuals with disabilities to support their training, vocational pathways and personal development. Daily tasks include facilitating skill-building activities, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, providing one‑on‑one job coaching, and ensuring participants are actively engaged in community programs. The Community Facilitator will also collaborate with families, employers, and stakeholders to promote successful outcomes for participants.

• Experience with community engagement, mentorship, or working in a similar support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships and provide individualized support
• Ability to plan and facilitate activities or workshops tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities
• Organizational skills, time management, and the ability to document and report progress effectively
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the inclusion and empowerment of individuals with disabilities
• Previous experience in social services, education, or vocational training is a plus
• Familiarity with community resources in the Westborough, MA area is advantageous
