Job DescriptionThe Assistant Community Manager is the liaison among the Community Manager, homeowners, members of the Board of Directors, Committee Members, and the association management staff. The Assistant General Manager is an onsite role who assists the General Manager with office, administrative and clerical functions, coordinating and scheduling, and project management. Team collaboration and customer service driven are essential for success in this role.
This community has a country-club vibe and is equipped with Smart technology. A successful candidate will have an outgoing and engaging personality who enjoys interacting with homeowners and various committee members. Candidate must be systems savvy and experienced with new technology and new software.
9am-5pm, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly.
- Maintain resident records and update databases accurately.
- Assist with scheduling maintenance requests and coordinating vendor services.
- Prepare and distribute community notices, newsletters, and meeting agendas.
- Support property management team with administrative tasks and filing.
- Monitor common areas for cleanliness and report issues as needed.
- Handle package deliveries and manage front desk operations.
- Assist with weekend event coordination or resident activities when applicable.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
Pay rate: $28-$32 an hour.
Qualifications- 2+ years of clerical, administrative, and customer service experience in single-family, multifamily, or hospitality industries.
- Well-versed utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional communication skills, written and spoken.
- Customer service driven and team oriented.
- Ability to prioritize projects with attention to detail and time sensitive deadlines.
- Takes ownership, proactive, and solutions driven.
