We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services Insurance sector to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term strategic relationships. The role requires hands‑on ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to engage with senior decision‑makers across client organizations.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional with a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services Insurance sector to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term strategic relationships.
Responsibilities- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, fintech companies, and enterprise clients
- Identify client needs and position appropriate solutions through consultative selling
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, presales, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities within BFSI space
- 4-8 years of proven sales experience, in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, BFSI, IT services, or consulting
- Strong exposure to B2B sales, enterprise accounts, or institutional clients
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet/exceed targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling CXO‑level or senior stakeholder interactions
- Strong understanding of financial products, banking processes, or BFSI ecosystem
- Self‑driven, result‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, International Business, or related discipline
- Experience selling technology services, solutions, or consulting to BFSI clients
- Existing network within banking or financial services industry
