The ideal candidate will have a Masters or PhD in chemistry or chemical engineering and 2-5 years of experience, preferably in an R&D environment, working with ISO
9001 or cGMP standards. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage high workloads, and good problem-solving capabilities.
