• Provide daily routine care, including bathing, dressing, and serving meals
• Feed residents as necessary
• Provide safe transfers
• Assist with maintaining a clean and healthy environment
• Document clinical actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state of New Jersey
• Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
• Current/active CPR certification is preferred
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

Weekend Requirement: This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
