Job Details Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of financial management, including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Analyze project costs and provide detailed financial reports to management.

Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Provide financial advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders.

Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.

Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem–solving skills.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non–financial stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A detail–oriented approach, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

A commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
