Overview

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for all operations during the shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash, customer relations, equipment operation, ingredient stocking, product preparation, phone orders, inventory paperwork, and daily facility cleaning. The supervisor sets the example and enforces all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expects the same from the crew.

• Operate all equipment and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment, work area, and facility daily.
• Ensure staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash controls, food management, scheduling, image standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Train new orientation and on‑the‑job training.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide quickly and accurately.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone order taking skills.
• Strong motor coordination for rapid accurate movements.
• Experience entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record for delivery positions.
• Physical ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive hand tasks.

• Stand for majority of tasks; short walking distances.
• Lift up to 50 lbs with hand truck, stack to 72" high.
• Carry pizza sauce up to 30 lbs, trays of dough 12 lbs.
• Push or pull trays on dolly (force up to 7.5 lbs).
• Climb and stoop at assembly station.
• Reach up to 72" high for oven controls and shelving.

Delivery Expert or Store Management positions include product delivery by car, flyer distribution, and require a valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Navigation, adverse terrain, and stair navigation are essential.
