Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

If you’re a logistics professional looking to advance your career with a nationally established company, ABC Supply, America’s largest wholesale distributor of building products, is seeking a Delivery Services Manager to schedule and route product deliveries, coordinate fleet maintenance, update customers on delivery statuses, and ensure safety and compliance.

• Schedule and route product deliveries.
• Ensure trucks are not overloaded and all loads stay within standard weight limits for each vehicle.
• Assess job site delivery requirements and assign appropriate delivery vehicles.
• Resolve vehicle safety issues by coordinating repairs at service facilities.
• Communicate delivery status updates to customers.
• Enforce OSHA and federal road safety procedures.
• Participate in hiring and performance management of drivers and material handlers.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure repairs are completed correctly.
• Schedule new equipment training and certify drivers to operate the equipment.
• Verify drivers’ CDL licenses are current and notify them when licenses or medical cards need updating.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple service needs simultaneously.
• Previous dispatch experience preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge a plus.
