What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and create engineering specifications for software applications and programs
Write code that adheres to coding standards and perform code reviews
Participate in all scrum ceremonies, assist in sprint planning, and complete required sprints
Drive story creation and manage tasks in applicable software like RTC or Jira
Monitor work against production schedules and report any issues to lead developers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
Minimum of 3 years of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms and data structures
At least 3 years of experience in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Java Script
Understanding of web services technologies such as REST, HTTPS, and JSON
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting integration issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

3+ years of experience with Workday integration tools and skills
Knowledge of API management and general integration skills
Familiarity with Informatica Power Center for data integration and ETL processes
Experience in using Dell Boomi for building integrations
Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll
