Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team within a South West London Borough. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

• Support children and young people under Child Protection and Child in Need plans
• Assess when cases should transition to the Permanence Team
• Build respectful and effective relationships with families, support networks, and partner agencies
• Conduct assessments, home visits, direct work, care planning, and chair meetings
• Ensure children's voices are central to case recording and decision-making
• Participate actively in reflective and group supervision

• Completed ASYE and registered with Social Work England
• Proven experience working with children and families
• Right to work in the UK
