Safeguarding Social Worker - East London
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join the safeguarding team in an East London Borough.
About the Role
As a Social Worker, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and coordinating care packages that promote wellbeing and safeguard vulnerable children and young people. You’ll work closely with families, carers, and multi‑agency partners to deliver impactful, culturally sensitive support.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake statutory safeguarding investigations
- Assess risk and develop robust safety plans in collaboration with families and professionals
- Deliver timely interventions that reduce harm and promote resilience
- Maintain detailed case records and prepare reports for legal proceedings
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
- Participate in reflective supervision and continuous professional development
What You’ll Need
- Registration with Social Work England
- Completion of your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment)
