Experienced Social Worker to join a high‑performing Assessment and Intervention Team in South London.

Salary: Up to £54,267 DOE (inclusive of market supplement)
Plus: £4,500 Welcome Bonus

As an Experienced Social Worker in the Assessment and Intervention Team, you will:

• Lead on high‑quality assessments to identify risk, need, and strengths
• Work directly with children and families to create safe, sustainable change
• Manage a varied and dynamic caseload with autonomy and support
• Collaborate with multi‑agency partners to ensure coordinated and effective planning
• Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Champion inclusion, diversity, and child‑centred practice across all work
