Job Requirements:
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Responsibilities: Ability and experience in interior and exterior painting (both roller and trim); ability and experience to work at heights from scaffold, ladders and roofs; heavy lifting and other strenuous physical work such as climbing on and under bleachers; working outside in hot weather with power tools such as a posthole auger, and chain saw; ability to use and climb ladders (with a 300 lb.
weight limit) and carry heavy objects; move furniture; must be able to use hand tools such as an ax, shovel, sledge hammer, bolt cutter, rake and wheelbarrow. Job may require working with hot tar, roofing and shingles; forming, placing and finishing concrete; also riding mowers, push mowers and weed eaters and to complete all other general maintenance duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor/maintenance coordinator.
