Belmont Properties is currently searching for Maintenance Technicians to ensure our affordable housing communities are safe, functional, and ready for new residents.
Founded in 1987, we have a longstanding tradition of providing affordable housing without compromise. We are currently managing 52 properties across four states with dedication to both our residents and the communities we serve.

- Bi-weekly pay: $20-$24/hour
, bonuses and on-call stipend - Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

- Training and development opportunities
- Monday-Friday
- 8AM-4PM
- On-call rotation
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or building repairs
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment
- EPA HVAC Certification, OSHA- 10/30, or trade licenses
- Experience with Rent Cafe or other digital work order systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Respond to work orders and resident repair requests
- Turn vacant units quickly and with high quality
- Handle general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing and electrical
- Complete schedule preventive maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate logs using mobile tools like Yardi Breeze Premier
