E. Neumann, a leading provider of Commercial, Residential, and Industrial Mechanical Contracting services, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team operating out of our Wheeling, WV location!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Accurately identify system issues and recommend effective solutions
• Install and replace HVAC components as needed
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and company standards
• Maintain proper documentation of service calls, parts used, and customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and workspace

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
