Electrician

Undertake electrical maintenance on both residential and commercial premises including:

• electrical installation condition reports
• emergency light testing
• fire alarm testing
• installations and certification
• fault finding and repairs
• identify materials and provide quotations for remedial works
• undertake risk assessments and method statements where required
• ensure adherence to electrical, building and health and safety regulations
• update and maintain job management system

Experience:

• Must have minimum 5 years experience of working within property maintenance/ construction environment and Level 3 Electrical qualification. 18th edition and 2391 (test and inspect) an advantage.
• Must have good level of technical knowledge of working methods, practices, RAMS and regulations.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and have the ability to learn new systems.
• Must have a full driver’s license.
