The General Maintenance Worker performs operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems, plumbing, drywall repair and painting, office moves and shift coverage when needed at CMI’s customer site in Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
Part Time, Temporary - $31.61/hr shift: 11PM - 7:30AM

• Maintain Replaces light fixtures, motors, using joint compound to patch holes and cracks in walls and ceilings
• Repairs or replaces sink faucets, water coolers, toilets, urinals, paints structures and equipment
• Repairs or replaces stone pavers/steps, hangs doors and installs door locks, and replaces broken window cranks
• Performs general maintenance on equipment and machinery as required
• Performs housekeeping of mechanical spaces and rooms
• Moves furniture and equipment
• Helps with event set ups and assists other trades workers as needed

• High school diploma
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Must be US citizen or permanent resident Alien with ability to pass a government background check
• Must possess at least five (5) years related maintenance experience for commercial facilities
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work in tight restricted spaces and work from a ladder
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with good initiative to get the job done with little to no direct supervision
