00A0is currently looking for a motivated Mobile Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The individual hired into this position would be responsible for performing mechanical repairs on diesel-powered mobile equipment including troubleshooting and repairs of heavy equipment, rebuilds, removal and installation of mechanical parts, and preventative maintenance on all types of diesel-powered equipment.

• Ability to work safely at all times
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant mobile equipment including CAT, Komatsu & Volvo quarry/construction equipment/ diesel engines
• Mechanically inclined on a wide variety of hand tools and power tools
• Weld, cut and perform minor fabrication on plantu

• Other duties as assigned

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 1 + year related experience required
• Experience with CAT, Komatsu & Volvo quarry/construction equipment/ diesel engine repairs
• Certification from a trade school is preferred
• Previous mining experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plusu

• A CDL and a clean driving record is a plus.u00A0

This is a full-time position that regularly requires 40+ hours per week in a surface/underground mine setting.
