Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or public responders per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of process areas, storage areas, access roads, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.;
Control access at gates and/or checkpoints by verifying identification and visitor authorization, issuing passes as directed, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.;
Complete routine reporting such as shift activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
