Security Guard - Outpatient MAT

Comprehensive Treatment Centers is seeking a Security Guard for its Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) located in Beaver, WV.

The Security Guard will monitor persons and vehicles entering or leaving the clinic property, provide support to ensure a safe environment, and perform light maintenance and routine safety inspections.

• Monday – Friday: 4:45 am – 12:30 pm
• Saturdays: 4:45 am – 8:30 am

• Assist, direct, and monitor all persons entering and leaving the clinic property, including emergency vehicles and personnel.
• Interact with staff and patients in a professional manner at all times.
• Monitor parking area at least twice per hour and lobby to ensure no loitering or misconduct; report all concerns to director immediately.
• Keep accurate notes reporting within various systems as outlined by clinic standards.
• Communicate regarding incoming admissions, visits, and deliveries to appropriate staff.
• Perform light maintenance duties and repairs, including touch‑up painting, emptying and picking up trash, changing light bulbs, cleaning spills and various repairs.
• Perform regular safety checks, including smoke detector, locked doors, alarm systems, etc.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years’ experience in security, corrections, or military preferred.
• Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer‑facing setting preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in an opioid treatment program/recovery environment.
