Delaware North Gaming is searching for full‑time Security Shift Supervisors to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As Security Shift Supervisor you will supervise and manage Security Department operations in the absence of the Assistant Director and Director.

Pay $18.00 – $18.50 per hour. Pay is processed weekly.

• Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
• Check identification for gaming floor admission, and greet guests and vendors with professionalism.
• Maintain crowd control, ensuring a friendly environment and defusing conflicts.
• Conduct cash escorts as required.
• Investigate incidents, compose written reports and handle procedural violations and illegal activity.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Gaming background or prior security supervisory, law enforcement or related experience is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle records check and drug test.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimum supervision.

• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry as required.
• Communicate via two‑way radio.
• Unrestricted vision for day or night duties.
• Occasionally work in smoky, loud environments.

Evenings, Days, Overnight. Every weekend. Holidays. 8‑hour shift.
