• Base Salary up to $125,000 (experience dependent)
• Commission plan with target total compensation of $180,000+

• Manage and grow an established industrial territory covering Southern West Virginia and neighboring areas
• Develop new business within the manufacturing and energy industries
• Engage with plant managers, engineers, maintenance leaders, and procurement teams
• Conduct plant visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
• Maintain CRM activity and forecast pipeline while traveling approximately 40‑60% within the territory

• Minimum of 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience
• Experience in calling on heavy industrial or process manufacturing facilities
• Ability to understand and discuss technical products and applications
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

• Experience in selling instrumentation, process equipment, or capital equipment
• Technical background or industry experience
• Engineering education or strong technical aptitude
