Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Crum, WV. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, presenting AWKE’s products to clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting cold calls and in-person visits, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating sales agreements, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves tracking and reporting sales data, staying informed on industry trends, and collaborating with the team to align on goals and strategies.

PAY IS COMMISSION ONLY!

Qualifications
  • Sales and Marketing:
    Experience in sales strategies, product promotion, and customer relationship management. (optional)
  • Communication:
    High school level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and build strong rapport with clients.
  • Organizational and Analytical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in managing multiple accounts, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth. (optional)
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Base line familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Self-motivation:
    Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while exhibiting a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
