We are seeking a motivated and results-driven:
Home Comfort Specialist
, to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with homeowners. You will leverage your expertise in sales and account management to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong "achieve" skills and a passion for making homeowners comfortable, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and enhance relationships with homeowners by following the program and building trust through your knowledge of our products, processes, and why we stand above the rest when it comes to satisfaction and doing it right the first time.
- Inspect homes to identify root causes of concerns for homeowners.
- Present solutions and negotiate contracts with homeowners.
- Build and maintain lifelong relationships with homeowners so they turn to Lawson for all their home comfort needs.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and prompt responses to homeowner inquiries.
- Prepare regular sales reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry developments, and the competitive landscape.
- Utilize a computer tablet daily and apps to streamline your work and reduce paperwork.
Experience
- Proven sales or business development experience in home interior or exterior sectors.
- Experience inspecting crawl and attic spaces for measurement and assessment.
- Comfortable using basic tools.
- Self-motivated to complete in-home and office training.
- Strong background in sales and account management success.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to analyze client needs.
- Ability to follow a proven sales script.
- Familiarity with outside sales processes; disciplined and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer and industry app skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
