Kongsberg Maritime’s Energy - Global Customer Support, are seeking a dedicated team member as a Spare Part Sales Coordinator to execute delivery of spares for our worldwide fleet.

As a spare part sales coordinator, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal teams – collaborating close with our technical engineers to pro‑actively present value‑adding service offerings for our customers. The team you will join is known for its positive environment, informal culture and inclusive behavior. In this role, you will provide aftermarket support for the comprehensive portfolio of electrification, drives and energy storage products for marine applications.

Kongsberg Maritime’s energy product range includes switchboards, electric drives, rotating equipment (motors and generators), and batteries, all integrated with a unique approach to energy management and overall vessel control. This role provides a good opportunity to develop technical competence for our products.

What you will be doing
  • Creating quotations and performing sales of single spare parts, spares with configuration and replacement units.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage orders and ensure seamless invoicing.
  • Contribute to the economical result in service projects and sales orders.
  • Work with our technical support teams to resolve customer problems.
  • Extensive customer communication and close cooperation with our Global Customer Support teams worldwide.
Qualifications and experience of interest
  • Motivation for or experience within customer support, engineering, administration, economics.
  • Technical interest.
  • Work experience from commercial and customer‑oriented roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You are also able to
  • Act on own initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results.
  • Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Focus on bottom‑line results, identify potential risks and monitor the financial impact of own activities návr.
