Member Specialist (USA) – Sam's Club

Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr.

• Ensure area of responsibility is maintained per company policies: handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service in exit areas: review receipts, greet members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintain self‑checkout area, resolve member issues, promote Sam's Club products and services, guide members on technology, process purchases and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Secure and safeguard Sam's Club assets: observe potential criminal activity, document incidents, execute emergency procedures, maintain safety compliance.
• Train Member Frontline associates on processes, new technology, tool functionality, new program rollouts, and continuous learning and improvement.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; implement action plans and follow the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using data and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers; identify priorities, deadlines, and recommendations for improvement; adapt to change.
• Embrace differences, build trusting relationships, communicate with impact and positivity, mentor others, and recognize contributions.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in line with Walmart values.
• Deliver results while putting customers first; make reliable decisions balancing priorities; consider impact on team and stakeholders.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience with mobile retail applications.
