Store Crew (Retail Sales Associate) at 7-Eleven is an entry-level position with both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.

Location:

Oceana, WV. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, stocking, and, for some food service positions, food prep and food service safety. The store team offers camaraderie and engaging interactions with customers. No prior cashier, customer service, retail, or food service experience is required; a positive attitude and our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Operate fuel pumps and manage fuel transactions.
• Perform cleaning and stocking tasks to maintain store readiness.
• Assist with food prep and food service safety where assigned.
• Provide friendly customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.
