Job Summary:

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, signage maintenance, and interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, working scheduled shifts, communicating proactively with supervisors, completing planograms, maintaining visual standards, performing store measurements, completing layout initiatives, inventory counts, price changes, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, recovery, and delivering excellent customer service following GURA principles.

Required Qualifications:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and minimal assistance completion.

Working Conditions include indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise, hard surfaces, variable shifts, and safety adherence. Physical requirements involve lifting, moving merchandise up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and moving throughout the store efficiently and safely.
