Lot Maintenance
Job Summary:
The Lot Maintenance position at Par Mar Stores involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store's parking lot. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring that the lot is free of debris, trash, and hazards, as well as assisting customers with parking and directing traffic as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly patrol the parking lot to pick up trash and debris
- Sweep and clean the parking lot as needed
- Ensure that parking spaces are clearly marked and accessible
- Assist customers with parking and provide directions as needed
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Prior experience in lot maintenance or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
