You ll Do
As a Gate Attendant, you are the face of Summit Point. You’re not just opening gates—you’re welcoming guests, guiding their experience, and ensuring their visit starts and ends on a high note. Your energy, attention to detail, and friendly service set the tone for their entire day.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For- Greet every guest with a warm, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Assist guests with waivers, wristbands, and electronic payments in a seamless, friendly way.
- Ensure smooth guest flow at the gate while maintaining safety—balancing hospitality with operational efficiency.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to guests so they feel informed, safe, and valued.
- Communicate with team members using 2-way radios and handheld devices to support service and operations.
- Adjust signage, cones, and gate openings to maintain an organized, welcoming environment.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly, making each visit a positive, memorable experience.
- This is a non-exempt, part-time, on-site position
- Varied hours to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
This position is active and requires stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day. The employee must have close visual acuity and is occasionally required to lift and move items over 50 pounds. Typical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt, and hazards is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment.
The worker is frequently in close quarters.

Qualifications:
Required
- Must possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Must be able to maintain focus and safety around moving vehicles and in crowded areas.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Able to work in fast-paced environments.
- No experience is required but must be willing to learn and be trained.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and pass background and drug screening.
