About This Role:As a Retail Assistant Store Manager at eir, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store. You’ll help lead a dedicated team of Retail Consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service while driving performance and operational excellence. To succeed, you’ll need a minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing or retail environment, with a proven ability to hit targets and provide outstanding service. Strong communication, leadership potential, and a genuine passion for helping people find the right solutions are essential.
You’ll also need flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of our trading hours.

Qualifications
- A relevant diploma or certification is desirable but not required.
