As a Retail Associate at Goodwill, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, customer service, and assistance while working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for our customers. This role provides an overview of store operations and can lead to additional career opportunities in the future.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cashiering and sales floor support
• Processing and pricing donations of clothing, linens, housewares, and other items
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door, including material handling, pre-sorting, and movement of donated goods

External Hiring Range: $11.00/hour

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No experience required; training provided for the right candidate
