  Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash Control, Food Management, Work to a Schedule, Great Customer Service, Store Cleanliness, Marketing and Profitability.

• Aspiring to manage a restaurant, with prior restaurant experience or education in the subject.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Willingness to manage shifts, cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
