• Lead a restaurant team to deliver quality and outstanding service to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and operating procedures.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage, including nights and weekends.
• Coach and develop team members in leadership, business management, and people development.
• Handle inventory, supplies, and beverage service to meet daily demand.
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 18 years old, GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Basic math and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to treat others with dignity and respect.
