Adelphi is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support services in a school-based setting located in Romney, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.

• Rate: $ 35

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet school district requirements.

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of an RN.
• Administer medications as permitted by state scope of practice.
• Monitor and document student health conditions.
• Assist students with medical procedures and daily health needs.
• Respond to minor injuries and illnesses.
• Support emergency response procedures, maintain accurate health records and medication logs.
• Assist with implementation of individualized healthcare plans.
• Communicate concerns to supervising RN and school administration.
• Ensure compliance with health policies and infection control standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Any other duties as assigned.
