The Hair Stylist enriches the lives of our patients/residents by elevating their self-image through beautician services.

• Perform haircuts, shampoos and permanents as desired by patients/residents and/or families.
• Does manicures or pedicures as requested.
• Keep daily records in coordination with business office of patient/resident beautician charges.
• Maintain inventory of beauty supplies based on supply and demand.
• Ensure that all OSHA and safety standards are followed, adheres to HIPAA confidentiality standards of the patient/resident and complies with infection control.

• Certification by the State Board of Cosmetology is required.
• A minimum of two years' experience in hair care/beautician services is required.
• Must be able to deal tactfully with patients/residents some with impaired cognition, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
